My plan that day had been to wear a cute off-the-shoulder dress given that it was blistering hot day in London but, last minute, I changed into something else. Perhaps it was divine intervention because what should Jonathan van Ness be wearing when I met them at Space NK for a 25-minute chat about their Feel-Good Habits? You guessed it! An off-the-shoulder dress that, in fairness, was a lot nicer than mine.
With that said, I think Jonathan would have exclaimed ‘twinsies’ had I walked down the stairs into the boutique’s event space wearing pretty much the same outfit as them.
My time with Jonathan was tight, on account of their packed schedule, but we crammed in some great chat - and even went a little bit over our allocated time - about what they do first thing in the morning to minimise stress, how to cope when it feels as though the whole world is against you (or in their case, a major publication writes a ‘hit’ piece about you) and the small lifestyle changes that make you feel excellent.
