I’m sorry you are feeling in a funk. Missing deliveries is so frustrating isn’t it. Could you start diverting things to a post office, drop box etc so you don’t feel so trapped at home? I think pausing the challenge whilst you get to grip with the gym is a good idea. Have you thought about doing some classes too to mix things up a bit and also so your day isn’t so solitary?
